Synphytosociological analysis applied to the environmental planning: the example of the Terni Province territory (Central Italy) - This floristic and sinphytosociological research has been realized in order to support the Landscape Ecology analysis of the Terni Province territory. The sinphytosociological study has highlighted the series of vegetation (sigmeta): 19 climatophilous and edaphoxerophilous and, in the river bank geosigmetum, 5 edapho-higrophylous series. The obtained results, data and synthetic indicators, allowed to direct the regulation of the land use, the management of natural, agricultural and forest resources.
