In this paper we present some results drawn from a research project of national interest named MADEND (Method and Appliacation of Non-Destructrive Elettromagnetic Duagnostic). IN particular we show a comparison between two numerical models: eddy current integral formulation on parallel computer systems and differential formulation of finite element metod. The numerical results and accuracy are confirmed by experimental test.
