The full immersion of mankind in information and communication flows is a feature of today’s everyday complexity. This situation makes a special formative sensibility urgent. In order to achieve this, formation processes must continuously find their own way, their own “methodology”. This path must constantly qualify them so that they don’t lose the awareness and poignancy of their intrinsic and extrinsic characterisation: relationality. Remembering that every formation is set against a relational background may seem obvious, but it is never banal. As a matter of fact, every context is always in danger of being taken for granted and, therefore, “naturalised”. Instead, each context is the result of historical paths and concrete choices for which formators can and must take responsibility. This contribution intends, therefore, to offer a methodology that continuously interweaves formation and relationality, by considering them, in a recurring and alternating manner, one against the background of the other, always tending to make their circularity creative and not vicious.
La piena immersione dell’umanità nei flussi informativi e comunicativi è una caratteristica dell’attuale complessità quotidiana. Questa situazione rende urgente una peculiare sensibilità formativa. Per realizzarla, i processi formativi hanno continuamente bisogno di ritrovare una propria via, una propria “metodologia”. Tale percorso li deve qualificare costantemente affinché non perdano la consapevolezza e la pregnanza della propria intrinseca ed estrinseca caratterizzazione: la relazionalità. Ricordare che ogni formazione si staglia su uno sfondo relazionale può sembrare ovvio, ma non è mai banale. Infatti, ogni contesto rischia sempre di essere dato per scontato e, quindi, “naturalizzato”. Ogni contesto è, invece, frutto di percorsi storici e di scelte concrete di cui i formatori possono e devono assumersi la responsabilità. Il presente contributo intende offrire, perciò, una metodologia che intrecci continuamente formazione e relazionalità considerandole, in maniera ricorrente e alternata, una sullo sfondo dell’altra, tendendo sempre a rendere creativa, e non viziosa, la loro circolarità.
