Abstract
Encapsulation in nutrient enriched alginate capsules of buds excised from in vitro proliferated shoots can be considered an important contribution to micropropagation. Four experiments were carried out to evaluate the aptitude of nodal and apical buds of olive toward encapsulation in sodium alginate and to study the effect of some root induction treatments and of growth regulators in the capsule or in the sowing medium.File in questo prodotto:
