The intercultural dimension of today’s pedagogy finds its place in Lévy’s globalized vision of collective intelligence where it becomes the basis of a cooperative and supportive pedagogy. Rights, integration, postcolonial, racism, ethnocentrism, dialogue, gender, childhood, adolescence, foreign minors, key words to overcome diversity for equal education for all where the teacher can consolidate his role as builder of the new generations with new skills, in a historical context where new educational paradigms emerge. Teaching materials that reflect cultural diversity, collaborative projects between students, activities that celebrate different cultures are elements for which the teacher can be supported by Artificial Intelligence systems. Personalized educational processes, linguistic support, inclusive assessment, analysis of educational data, gamification and experiential learning. Tools that when ethically oriented, assist the teacher in promoting intercultural dialogue, through the integration of inclusive strategies in learning environments that promote mutual understanding and social cohesion between students of different cultural origins.
La dimensione interculturale della pedagogia odierna trova collocazione nella visione globalizzata dell’intelligenza collettiva di Lévy dove diviene basamento di una pedagogia cooperativa e solidale. Diritti, integrazione, postcoloniale, razzismo, etnocentrismo, dialogo, genere, infanzia, adolescenza, minori stranieri (Catarci - Macinai, 2015, p. 7), parole-chiave per superare le diversità per un’istruzione equa e per tutti ove l’insegnante possa consolidare il suo ruolo di costruttore delle nuove generazioni con nuove competenze, in un contesto storico dove emergono nuovi paradigmi educativi. Materiali didattici che riflettano diversità culturale, progetti collaborativi tra studenti, attività che celebrino diverse culture sono elementi per i quali il docente può essere supportato da sistemi di intelligenza artificiale. Processi educativi personalizzati, supporto linguistico, valutazione inclusiva, analisi dei dati educativi, gamification e apprendimento esperienziale. Strumenti che quando orientati eticamente, coadiuvano l’insegnante nella promozione del dialogo interculturale, attraverso l’integrazione di strategie inclusive in ambienti di apprendimento che favoriscono comprensione reciproca e coesione sociale tra studenti di diverse origini culturali.
