In a 9 year-old, female, beagle dog affected by Leishmaniasis we further diagnosed T-cell Non-Epitheliotropic Cutaneous Lymphoma (T-c NECL). The T-c NECL is the least common form of cutaneous lymphoma in the dog. This tumor occurs in older animals with no sex predilection. Neoplastic lesions were represented by subcutaneous nodules with round and irregular shape, initially involving the dorsum. An antiblastic treatment (cyclophosphamide, oncovin, prednisone) was instituted but the dog was euthanized after few months because of the worsening of the clinical condition.
