In this paper the flora of 172 species belonging to 53 families, of the Santa Margherita’s Public Park (Perugia) is described. The life forms and the chorotypes reveal a submediterranean climate. It is noted the presence of areas in which secular oaks embedded in the urban context alternate to ancient fructiferous plants and to other areas marked by the presence of sparse arboreous invasive species and shrubs
