The morphological characters of some varieties of various genotypes of Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp. are studied on a statistical basis, with the aim of recognizing some cultivations that are particularly suitable for the peculiarity of some phases of their biological cycle. Comparatively in this context, two pool genetic groups for the selection are identified.
