The concept of reuse is emerging as a central pillar of current sustainability challenges, with implications that go far beyond the preservation of the built heritage and extend to emergency management and environmental impact mitigation. This study aims to analyze reuse from three key perspectives: the concept of environmental emergencies, circular waste management, and urban redevelopment strategies. Through the detailed examination of a case study, it shows how reuse can be a crucial element in emergency response, ensuring educational and sustainable solutions. The analysis extends to urban redevelopment strategies that use reuse as a lever to rethink contemporary cities. The results of the study highlight how an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to reuse not only contributes to the reduction of environmental impact but also represents a strategic tool for the preservation of cultural and natural heritage, promoting a resilient and sustainable development model.

Abstract
The results of the study highlight how an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to reuse not only contributes to the reduction of environmental impact but also represents a strategic tool for the preservation of cultural and natural heritage, promoting a resilient and sustainable development model.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
