Abstract
Over recent decades, the effects of autonomy-driven choices on healthcare organization have been examined almost exclusively from economic standpoints, focusing on service delivery and expenditure. However, the connection between the right to health and the organization of the services responsible for ensuring it is far more complex and intertwined. It is therefore necessary to identify more effective ways to guarantee health equality, recognizing that organizational uniformity alone is not, in itself, an effective solution.File in questo prodotto:
