Ovarian neoplasm in mares is a condition which requires elective surgical approaches in order to restore fertility. Granulosa theca cell tumors are the most common ovarian neoplasm observed in the mare. The aim of the present study was to characterize the secretory patterns of inhibin and sex hormones in the peri- and intraoperatory period in mares affected with GTCT.
