Abstract
Due to the effect of the application of information and communication technologies, the 'mass' of information held by the public administrations by now is considered to be no less than a true and proper information patrimony, both because this systematised body of knowledge represents an asset that the entire public system can benefit from in the exercise of its institutional duties and because this 'deposit' of data and documents is capable of constituting the basis for the development of additional products and services of an informative nature, to be produced and offered in what ought to represent the most dynamic and desirable slice of market, namely the knowledge market. In this regard, the text offers some concise considerations on the state of the art, in the case of Italy, as concerns the regulation of the reuse of public data.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
