Abstract

The increase of force is mainly due to muscle hypertrophy, a consequence of specific workloads. In the athletes' hypertrophied too can be a potential trauma to the joints, the circulatory system and nervous system damage that can be caused by destructive forces crushing pressure. As the sport develops its own muscle-tendon closely related to the specific discipline practiced gestures, the resulting injuries are usually produced by circumstances closely related to it. The thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) is a typical gesture inherent in specific disease, it is defined as a syndrome caused by the compression arising from the limb than during abduction of the neurovascular bundle nerve, the anatomical structures involved are the brachial plexus and subclavian arteries
