Action of immunosuppressive agents on the immune system of SPF chicks: antibody response and haematological and histological changes. In the present studies, chicks in the newly-hatched period have been treated either with cyclophosphamide or with IBDV. The effects of the treatments have been studied with regard to humoral immune functions, as measured by HI antibody forming capacity. We have also analized the haematological and histological changes produced by these agents.
