The charge and spin structure factors, that are important in the x-ray and neutron scattering, have been examinated in random binary alloys, in the framework of the Coherent Potential Approximation (CPA). The spin structure factor shows a characteristic feature, due to the disorder, which in transition metal alloys is expected to give a more contracted neutron form factor.
