Abstract
A capillary zone electrophoretic method was used to separate some leucinostatins, the nonapeptides obtained by submerged cultures of Paecolimyces marquandii or Paecilomyces lilacinus. These compounds are of pharmaceutical interest for the remarkable antibiotic, cytotoxic and phytotoxic activities. The proposed method allows the separation of leucinostatins from very complex mixtures and shows high efficiency, good resolution and a very short analysis time.File in questo prodotto:
