This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: In unresectable CRC IV stage chemoradiotherapy combined with targeted agents is an appropriate alternative to surgical resection (with or without chemoradiation or chemotherapy) of primary tumour for "uncomplicated” patients (e.g. non-obstructing, non-bleeding, non-perforating, no pain, asymptomatic, etc.).
