The acronym stands for “Be Relevant to Intercultural Diversity Generation in Europe – Integration Team”. The project tackles intercultural communication problems between civil servants and migrants in bureaucratic-institutional settings of ‘first-impact’ situations in particular related to forms to be filled and service interactions. The project tackles intercultural communication problems between civil servants and migrants in bureaucratic-institutional settings of ‘first-impact’ situations in particular related to forms to be filled and service interactions.
