Abstract
The properties of the (2-phenilbenzimidazol-5-solfonic acid, named Eusolex®)/hydrotalcite nanocomposite have been studied by crystallographic and thermogravimetric techniques. The structure was described with particular attention to the interaction between the organic and inorganic components. The structural changes during the intercalation process are studied by in situ X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) techniques. In this way it was possible to shed light on this key process in the preparation of these materials, with particular attention to the kinetics of the reaction, unravelled by exploiting the Avrami approach and to propose a new preparation approach.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
