This article explores the case of Gruppo Loccioni, a medium-sized Italian firm that, despite the economic crisis, has been able to obtain good performance through the adoption of the integrated solutions business model. This paper examines the choices taken by the firm, analysing the evolution of the firm, the activities implemented, decisions and factors that enabled the firm to offer integrated solutions successfully. The results obtained show challenges offered by the market and answers of a medium-sized Italian firm, offering important managerial implications.
