Kinematic angular momentum and partitions of the classical kinetic energy in phase-spcae invariants for nanoaggregates of particles were analyzed. Several properties such as invariance under any orthogonal coordinate transformation and the inequalities of the particles were also described using decomposition of the rectangular matrices and orthogonal coordinate transformation. Several FORTRAN codes were also developed and implemented or the calculation of partitions for a given trajectory of a N-body system. It was observed that when N was less than 4 , then the corresponding 3×N. full position matrices possessed N singular values.
