Meteoric water potabilization for industrial purposes has been obtained by the realization of a device able to sanitize the water by using the microfiltration technology. The system working at relatively low pressure (0.7-3.4 bar) is entirely realized in INOX and guaranties a clean water production flux of 40 L/min. The membranes for the microfiltration processes can be autoclaved many times and are of different type: 10μm, 3μm, 0.45μm and 0.22μm membranes are positioned in series and cascade along the water flux direction in order to guarantee optimal performances. The physical-chemical-microbiological analyses demonstrate the complete potabilization of the treated water. The presented apparatus is a prototype with a global cost of about 10 kEuro.

Abstract
The presented apparatus is a prototype with a global cost of about 10 kEuro.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
